Oxfordshire Regional Talent Centre (RTC) is an FA-affiliated football club based in Oxfordshire, delivering high-quality football programmes for boys and girls aged 4–16. Our sessions run throughout the week across Oxford and Bicester, providing accessible, structured and aspirational opportunities for young people within the local community.

We are committed to developing young people both on and off the pitch. On the pitch, Oxfordshire RTC is a Coerver® Partner Club, giving our players and coaches access to one of the world’s leading individual development programmes, with a strong emphasis on ball mastery, creativity and game understanding. Our coaching environments are designed to challenge players appropriately while supporting long-term development.

Away from the pitch, we place equal importance on personal growth and character development. Oxfordshire RTC works in close partnership with Underdog Leadership, led by Dan Harris, to deliver leadership education and personal development opportunities across the organisation. Through this relationship, our players and staff are exposed to high-quality workshops and learning experiences that help develop essential life skills, including communication, resilience, confidence, teamwork, accountability and self-belief.

Dan’s work has had a significant and lasting impact on both young people and staff within the RTC. His approach has strengthened leadership behaviours, raised professional standards and supported individuals to grow in confidence and self-awareness. This ensures that leadership and personal development are not treated as additional elements, but are fully embedded within the culture and day-to-day practice of Oxfordshire RTC.

The environment at Oxfordshire RTC is one that encourages curiosity, enthusiasm and enjoyment. We want players to feel confident, supported and motivated to learn, always playing with freedom and a smile. Our long-term aim is for young people to develop a lifelong connection to football, continuing to enjoy and participate in the game well beyond their time with us.
