Our Facilities
Oxfordshire Regional Talent Centre works in partnership with a network of high-quality facilities across Oxfordshire, allowing us to deliver consistent and accessible programmes in multiple locations. By operating across five carefully selected venues, we are able to provide safe, well-maintained and appropriate environments that support player development, learning and enjoyment.
All facilities are chosen to meet our standards for safety, accessibility and quality, and enable us to deliver structured sessions throughout the week for different age groups and programmes. This multi-site approach allows families to access Oxfordshire RTC provision locally, while ensuring a consistent experience across all venues.
Whitelands Farm Sports Ground
Whitelands Farm Sports Ground is our flagship venue and the central hub of Oxfordshire RTC. It hosts training on Mondays and Fridays, as well as serving as our primary home ground for Saturday JPL fixtures.
OUFC Training Ground
The Oxford United Training Ground hosts our Foundation Phase training on Tuesday evenings. This elite environment provides young players with an inspiring setting that supports early technical development and a strong introduction to the RTC pathway.
The Oxford Academy
The Oxford Academy is used on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for training across a number of our JPL squad programmes. The venue allows us to deliver structured, high-quality sessions within a well-established educational and sporting environment.
Oxford City Football club
Oxford City Football Club provides a high-performance “Under the Lights” training environment on Friday evenings for our U14–U16 JPL squads. This setting mirrors competitive matchday conditions and supports the demands of the youth development phase.
Cherwell School
Cherwell School acts as an alternative home venue when capacity at our other sites is reached. It allows us to maintain programme continuity while ensuring sessions remain well organised and delivered to our expected standards.
